MICAH, named after the Old Testament prophet Micah, is part of a national interfaith network of faith-based community organizations, which strives to put our faith into action. Its aim is to unlock the inherent power of ordinary people, to make their communities better places to live and raise children. Micah helps people come together and take reponsibility for their communities and changes public policy on isues that are of real concern to them. "What God requires of us is this: to do what is just, to show constant love, and to live in humble fellowship with our God." (Micah 6:8)
